Join us for our monthly beer dinner this month celebrating Belgian Independance Day with an all Belgian Beer Dinner.
1st Course: Smoked herring, pepper, celery broiled mussels with milk braised pork belly & carrot shallot vinaigrette. Paired with St Sylvestre Gavroche.
2nd Course: Chicken liver pate with fresh fruit, cranberry gelee fiend herbs & herbed baguette crackers. Paired with Rodenbach Grand Cru.
3rd Course: Cream of Belgian endive soup with gruyere croquette.
Paired with Delerium Tremens.
Intermezzo: Squash salad w/ lemon & lime dressing & almond thyme tapenade.

4th Course: Beer braised beef tips with carmelized shallot, roasted turnips &
cauliflower timbale. Paired with Ommegang Abbey Ale.
Dessert: Belgian waffle, hazelnut marzipan & apricot puree. Paired with Brasserie D’achouffe McChouffe.
