This month we stray a little from our regular beer dinner to bring you a very exciting Italian themed Cocktail Dinner Wednesday May 30th 7pm.
Menu
Aparativo: Peach and Picon sparkling Cocchi Aparativo cocktail and seasonal amuse bouche.
1st Course: Cold antipasto with artichoke, burrata, olives and sardines
Paired with Carpano Antica on the rocks.
2nd Course: Slow simmered beef tripe w/ heirloom tomato broth and ricotta cheese.
Paired with Cynar artichoke amaro cocktail.
3rd Course: Trio Salumi plate w/ garlic tapenade, pickled asparagus & pesto.
Paired with a trio of mini negroni cocktails: porcini infused boulevardier, oak aged classic negroni & triple amaro negroni
Intermezzo: Dolin blanc vermouth de chamberly and lemon verbena sorbet.
4th Course: Annelini w/ spring peas, pancetta, mushroom & calamari topped w/ crispy fried eggplant in a vermouth sauce.
Paired with Punt e mes vermouth and homemade cola cocktail flashed with a mix of orange oil and aromatic bitters.
5th Course: Espresso semifreddo w/ shaved chocolate and anisette foam.
Accompanied with seltzer
Digestivo: Espresso corretto, a classic presentation of an espresso and grappa pairing.
