2nd Course: Housemade pasta with rock shrimp plum compote & salmon roe. Pai...red with Trois Pistoles.
3rd Course: Asparagus butter lettuce salad with mozzarella & pistachios. Paired with Blanche de Chambly.
4th Course: Beef tenderloin stuffed with morel mushrooms, roasted peppers & broccolini over spring risotto & sweet corn puree. Paired with La Terrible.
5th Course: Strawberry & honey sorbet with Meyer lemon cake. Paired with Don de Dieu.
