Scotch & Beer Dinner

Wednesday 28th March we are mixing things up a little bit for our monthly beer dinner and feature 3 Scotches and 2 beers, each paired with a course.

1st Course: Lamb stuffed shallot w/ arugula & citrus. Paired with Oban.

2nd Course: Eggplant gazpacho w/ crispy sesame noodles. Paired with Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale.

3rd Course: Coffee rubbed smoked bacon w/ mushroom confit & house pickled vegetables. Paired with Lagavulin.

4th Course: Seared Halibut w/ olive & anchovy tapenade over herb quinoa & fennel salad. Paired with Brew Dog Smokehead.

5th Course: Honey banana pie w/ ginger cream & almond. Paired with Dalwhinnie.

Tickets are $60pp (plus tax) and reservations are required.
