1st course

Apple and pear potato pancakes with spicy lingonberry sauce.

2nd course

Ale spiked smoked salmon chowder with sourdough crostini.
Paired with Spaten Dunkel.

3rd course

Veal and Smoked Ham hock filled Cabbage rolls with gypsy cabbage.
Paired with Spaten Premium.

4th course

Smoked Gruyere and Hungarian sausage stuffed pork Schnitzel and home made Spatzle with cucumber salad.
Paired with Spaten Bock.

5th course

Plum and farmer cheese stuffed Pierogies with cinnamon glaze.
