This month's Beer dinner brews come to us from or good friends at Boulevard. The Boulevard brewery has been striving to equate american beer with excelence since 1989. Based in Kansas City they've mannaged to spread malt, hops and Kansas City charm throught the midwest. Were excited to have them back for a second time with amazing new beers and food to match! This one's going to be a good one folks you dont want to miss out!

1st course: Sweet Peppers stuffed w/ roasted Tobasco chicken and red bean puree paired with Pale Ale
2nd course: Bacon, Leek, Tomato & Potato soup paired with Boss Tom's Golden Bock
3rd course: Arugula salad with grapefruit, walnuts and Gran Marnier vinaigrette paired with Wheat
4th course: Pistachio crusted Salmon and blackened Crawfish over sauteed Spinach and Pancetta w/ Bearnaise sauce paired with Tank 7
5th course: Banana coffee pie with chocolate covered raisins and espresso cream paired with Collaboration no. 1 Imperial Pilsner
