The Libertine Bar Beer Dinner is a monthly phenomenon! Each month we pair an outstanding special menu with exotic, imported or just plain unique beers.

Wednesday July 24th we are celebrating Belgian Independence and featuring American Breweries and their Belgian-Style beers.

Head Chef Rosanne Dileo and Certified Cicerone Mate Hartai have carefully paired the following menu.

Amuse: Paired with Community Inspiration Belgian Dark Strong Ale

1st course: Veal pate with blueberry wine coulis & pickled mushroom. Paired with Jester King Pecan Smoked Saison.

2nd course: Mixed endive salad with gougère & Andouille balsamic vinaigrette.  Paired with New Belgium Paardebloem.

3rd course: Buckwheat crepe with brandade de Morue. Paired with Adelbert’s Flyin’ Monks Oak Aged Dubbel.

4th course: Lamb tartiflette with smoked bacon, reblochon cheese topped with piperade. Paired with Lakewood La Dame du Loc.

5th course: Belgian chocolate mousse with whipped cream; raspberries and thin waffle crisps. Paired with Ommegang Double White.
