This month we feature Avery Brewing beers and have a menu inspired by the French Cuisine of Bernard Loiseau, the Troigrois Brothers, Paul Bocuse and Thomas Keller.
1st Course: Salad de Porc - Glazed Pork Belly, Grilled Frisee, Fines Herbs and Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Paired with Avery IPA.
2nd Course: Frog Legs with Spicy Garlic Puree and Parsley Coulis. Paired with Avery White Rascal Belgian Wheat Ale.
3rd Course: Croquette of Brandade with Smoked Tomato Gastrique. Paired with Avery Collaboration not Litagation.
4th Course: Roulade of Beef & Duxelle with Fava Bean Puree. Paired with Avery Salvation.
5th Course: Millefueille with Ancho Chocolate Sauce, Blackberries and Vanilla Whipped Cream. Paired with Avery Samael's.
