1st course: Sundried tomato quinoa cakes with chive oil and arugula. Paired with Orval.

2nd course: Sweet beets with spinach and endive, radish and persimmon topped with apple frizee slaw. Paired with Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel.

3rd: Pink Lentil Curry with roasted leaks and smoked cashew. Paired with Sam Smith Ale.

4th course: House made seitan piccata over soba noodles and roasted squash. Paired with Saison Dupont.

5th course: Pumpkin pudding with almond foam and pecan praline. Paired with Live Oak Hefeweizen with ginger syrup.
