1st Course: Roasted Jalapeño stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles paired with Allagash White.
2nd Course: Wok Tossed Green Beans and Daikon Strips with Peanut Curry paired with Sünner Kölsch.
3rd Course: Ghost Pepper Soup paired with Aventinus Eisbock.
4th Course: Smoked Veggie BBQ Platter with Twice Baked Potato with Celery Root, Artichoke, Eggplant, and Asparagus paired with Great Divide Belgian Style Yeti Imperial Stout.
5th Course: Sweet Chile Glazed Pineapple and Strawberry Trifle paired with Ommegang Aphrodite.
Tickets are $50 for 5 courses with paired beer. Reservations are required and can be made on 214-824-7900 or with our friendly staff.
