The next beer dinner at The Libertine Bar will be Wednesday February 24 at 7 pm. This month we are featuring beers from two breweries, Stone Brewing and Spaten Brewing. Three beers from each company will be paired with original cuisine. This is the first collaboration dinnner we have ever done and are very excited about it! Reservations are required, tickets are $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased by phone or in person at The Libertine. Check out the menu below:
Amuse: Braised Beef Crustini with Cocoa Sauce paired with Stone Smoked Porter
1st Course: Dill Cream Cheese Filled Cucumber with Roasted Sunflower Seeds & Horseradish Chive Yogurt paired with Spaten Premium Lager
2nd Course: Mulligatawny Soup with Scallion Pancake paired with Oaked Arrogant Bastard
3rd Course: Gingered Pork Salad with Jicama, Pear, Pepper Relish and Goat Cheese paired with Spaten Optimator
4th Course: Mint Curry Shrimp & Scallops with Mixed Orzo and Tandori Pappadams paired with Stone Pale Ale
5th Course: Beer Doughnuts with Orange Cinnamon Glaze paired with Franziskaner Weisse Dunkel
