January Beer Dinner

This month's Libertine Beer Dinner will be on Wednesday January 27th at 7 pm. This time around we are featuring brews from the fine folks at Real Ale Brewing.
1st course: Roma tomato seared tuna slider with habanero sauce paired with Brewhouse Brown Ale
2nd course: Frisee salad with double smoked bacon and chicken liver vinaigrette paired with Rio Blanco Pale Ale
3rd course: Ghost chili tomato & chorizo soup with mini tamale paired with Firemans #4 Blonde Ale
4th course: Lemon & thyme chicken with saffron rice and grilled apples paired with Full Moon Rye Ale
5th course: Chocolate mousse cake paired with Phoenixx Double Extra Special Bitter
